“A boyfriend?” Tsukishima scoffs, a sneer (resembling his 16 year old self’s but softened through years of friendship and countless hours spent forced together) on his face, “Where on Earth would he find a boyfriend? All he does is sleep, eat, go to class, and train. Really, King, it’s a wonder how you ever managed to go out with people.”
Tobio felt a bit (a lot) offended.
Yamaguchi turns to his best friend with a shit eating grin, “If you’re so invested in his life, maybe you should be his boyfriend, Tsukki.”
What. Tobio’s mind so helpfully provided before he can feel the tell tale sign of his body getting hot and his cheeks begin to flare.
Hinata, ever lovingly so idiotic, giggles excitedly, looking already drunk despite being a heavy drinker. “Actually, that was what I meant!”
What.Or, Kageyama needs to scare off a creepy senpai. Tsukishima wants to deal with the consequences of coming out. They make it work in the end.

“And that was to say you’re dating Shingo?” Nao raises his eyebrow, arms crossed as he eyes Tsubasa.
“I didn’t say it was Shingo!” Tsubasa defends, a pout forming on his lips. Shingo’s insides contract at the sight and he loses a whisper of his breath. “I told him I was actually dating someone, and have been for a while!”
“What does that have to do with me, dude?” Shingo croaks out, furrowing his eyebrows at the shorter boy. “You coulda said it was any of the other guys.”
Tsubasa huffs, “Not true. Makimaki and Toma have that weird Will-They-Won't-They thing going on, Itsuki won’t confess even though everyone here knows about his crush because he’s a child, Rin is too nice for my father to dislike and.. Well, Taiyo and Nao are happy and in love.”
Or Shingo has a crush on his best friend. (Un?)Luckily for him, his best friend needs a fake boyfriend.

"So, Eddie told you he needed you to give him space, then?" Stan asked once Richie had given him the whole story. Even over FaceTime, he looked predictably unimpressed and apathetic, a Stanley Uris standard, reserved special for Richie's particular brand of nonsense.
"Not in those words exactly," Richie answered, fiddling with a loose thread at the hem of his shirt. "But if you'd heard him, you would get it. He was very adamant about being sick of people being obsessed with him, and—" He gestured to himself vaguely, raising his eyebrows and daring Stan to argue.
Richie, concerned that his giant crush on Eddie makes him just as bad as Sonia and Myra, decides to make sure Eddie has some space from him. Eddie's not a fan.
