The year is 2022. The destruction of Earth’s environment continues, and the future depends on ninjas to create fire, water, and other energies. Thus, the government announces the Ninja Act. The act requires all citizens to undergo ninja training. As such, all of a sudden, society is now a ninja society. However, this is all a scheme for the darkness in the shadows to take control. Only one can stand against them.
