Summary
When Dinosaur Ryuzaki ends up back in Domino City after a year-long absence living in Yokohama, there's a lot of missing pieces and loose ends that need to be tied together. He and Insector Haga end up both attending Domino City High School as second-year students, and Ryuzaki would be ecstatic if Haga wasn't so weighed down by the expectations of his overbearing parents and the awkward space between them caused by a year of no contact. When Kaiba unveils a new tournament and Haga is less than enthusiastic in participating, Ryuzaki needs to be the one to take action and keep both their heads afloat, in spite of the fact that he himself hasn't dueled since the events of the Grand Prix. He's not quite sure he can handle it all, but when has that ever stopped him before?

Summary

When Insector Haga wins this year's Regional Championship, he should be ecstatic at the fact that his dueling career is turning around and he's finally getting the recognition he's craved since he was fourteen. There's just something missing from his life, though, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what that is.
