Summary
Every year, Dazai Osamu’s family holds a Christmas party. It’s not the fun kind where you bake cookies with your friends and family and watch cheesy Christmas movies until you fall asleep on the couch. No, it’s the kind that takes place in a stuffy hotel ballroom full of old people you don’t know nor care for that are only there because of some connection they have to your parents company. Dazai hates it, but he (as the heir to the company) is forced to go every year regardless of his distaste toward the fakeness of it all. He thinks this year will be no different, that is until he meets the fiery blaze that is Nakahara Chuuya—the one hired to play the piano during this years party.

It was sickening, stupid, and shameful. But he would do it again.
He would fall in love with Chuuya again and again in every lifetime, even though Chuuya would never love him back in any.
