Lampas na sa mga daliri sa kamay ni Wonwoo kung ilang beses na siyang naatasang magmaneho papuntang Baguio. On a good day, wala pang limang oras nasa Baguio na sila. The average travel time would be five hours.
Ayos lang naman, kung para ba naman sa bunso nilang si Vernon. Babyng baby kasi – kaya mula noong unang taon nito sa UP Baguio hanggang ngayon na patapos na ang huling semester niya as a 2nd year isko, si Wonwoo ang driver niya. Bukod sa mahal niya ang bunsong kapatid, madalas ay hawak din talaga ni Wonwoo ang oras niya. He had been working as a freelance photographer for almost a year now since nagsimula agad siya sa pagtanggap ng mga komisyon just a month after his graduation.
Except for this week. Hassle talaga ‘yung kliyente niya ngayon, eh. Nahuli tuloy siya sa pag-akyat ng Baguio para sa ikalawang kasal ng mga magulang nila ni Vernon as a celebration of their silver wedding anniversary.
Ayos lang naman. Until he received a text message from Vernon: “Kuya Won, sabay na kayo ni Mingyu paakyat ha. Na-move daw kasi ‘yung interview niya para sa UP Law. Thanks, love you!”
Fuck – is what Wonwoo thinks but does not send to Vernon. So he sends a thumbs-up instead.

the block erupts in a series of screams, with their prof also joining in. tawang-tawa lang si justice dahil wow, this is the type of drama he does not see in courtrooms.
mabenta na agad si mingyu sa block niya first day palang. except for a certain wonwoo jeon na gusto nalang buksan ‘yung bintana ng classroom nila para itapon si mingyu, ‘yung una ulo. but he was so big that wonwoo knew he wouldn’t even budge even if he tried.
of course he knew. what mingyu described as “meeting for the first time” was actually the best makeout session of his life. but that was 2 minutes ago, before he decided to say shit like that during the first day of class.
