Iso cannot be without music. He knows that. Valorant knows that. And Hourglass, fractured by the death of their boss but still powerful and spiteful, knows it too.
Hourglass captures him, brutally takes his life, and afterward, the playlists he once loved no longer resonate.
But without music, there’s silence, and that is worse.

Summary
Pain. It was always there, like an undying silent ghost, like a faint puff of smoke that choked and constricted him. Pain was part of Hourglass, the organization Iso had served faithfully all his life. He had given it everything - his youth, his innocence, his humanity, his soul. He gave them everything he had and even more, everything that made him human.
And yet it wasn't enough to keep them from trying to kill him when he failed once.
Or, Iso is incapable of living life as a human and Breach shows him that it is possible even for him, even when it's hard.
