Summary
Two of four living muses gather, albeit unbeknownst to one. A young and human death mage, who has slaughtered entire villages in a siege and coup to overthrow his nation's monarchy, and a non-human, who has been watching and waiting for the opportunity to strike: now. They exist at two separate ends, with the others falling somewhere in between. Even between times.
Yeongchul writes all he knows about the magic innate to his soul. It isn't for him anymore. A student from Udayan Anala has use for it, but so does an immortal with their own agenda for imminent peril. The threat will make itself known to all in time, because a man once obsessed with the cosmos touched a loose thread in reality, and his death did not fulfill the debt it wrought upon conscious-kind to this plane.
