Summary
Captain Hyuna has always belonged to the sea. With an eyepatch, a peg leg carved from driftwood, a cutlass from their late captain Jacob, and a crew of (unfortunately loveable) idiots, she sailed the perilous waves aboard The Rebellion. But after a brutal ambush left her bloodied and her ship in ruins, her and Hyunwoo are saved by a siren. The siren, Luka, was ridiculously gorgeous, and came back to visit their ship regularly. But he consistently disappeared without warning, only to reappear days or weeks later with a stupidly smug smile and something of hers stolen in his claws.
Caught between duty to her crew and the tides that seem to keep pushing the creature that won’t leave her alone back to her, Hyuna begins to unravel. Every time she pushed him away, he would only return with gifts and irritatingly beautiful songs. Eventually, Captain Hyuna is forced to answer the question.
How many more pieces of herself does she have to lose before she's pulled under by his song?
