    (Финни Блейку дали шанс предотвратить любое из похищений, Финни ставит перед собой цель спасти других мальчиков от Граббера. Вместе с этим, он сближается с каждым из них, и, возможно, получит свой шанс сказать что-то, что осталось недосказанным).

    По сути, это решение проблемы с помощью путешествий во времени, современный пересказ, в котором я отчаянно нуждалась, и, надеюсь, другие тоже.

    It’s the first time in a while that he doesn’t know what comes next. He’s dove into the water hundreds of times. Screamed as his flesh was torn apart, heard Master of Puppets in the distance and held back tears. Felt Max’s cold, small hand in his as she laid in the hospital bed. There are things that always happen, no matter how hard he tries: El doesn’t arrive in time. Eddie dies. Max is put in a coma.

    Steve fails. They lose.

    “Steve, how many loops have you been through?”

    His head is nodding, and his eyes are watery, and Eddie has approached him like a spooked animal.

    “I lost count.”

    AKA: The one where Steve Harrington is stuck in a time loop, and Eddie Munson is really fucking hard to save, or: fuck Volume 2, these bitches are in love.

    In the summer of 1991, Eddie attends Steve's wedding.
    As he wraps his arms around Steve for perhaps the last time, Eddie reminisces about every intimate moment they shared over the last half-decade. Every time their fingers explored parts of their bodies that never see daylight. Every word they spoke that never left the boundaries of a tightly sealed door.
    It's been a cold two years since he and Steve have seen each other—since they've even talked. But the flame that Eddie has always felt for Steve has refused to die. And now he's seconds away from watching the man he wasted his youth loving walk down the aisle.
