Summary
"Adrien knew how she felt about Chat Noir: he was a partner, a means to an end."
Ladybug and Chat Noir have been trapped in a war with Hawkmoth for six years, with little progress on either side. Ladybug and Chat Noir's partnership is strained as tension and arguments abound. The superheroes, Paris, and Hawkmoth are all desperate to end this battle, and Marinette is beginning to question if they will ever succeed. Her entire life has been consumed by her determination to win.
Adrien is resigned to a life in a gilded cage. His father dictates everything, and freedom is nothing but a memory. To survive, he's stopped feeling anything. There's only one person who can change that, but Adrien is determined to push her as far as he can.
When new developments occur and alliances change, Marinette will be forced to see how far she is willing to go to win this war, and who, if anyone, is worth saving.

Summary
When a freak accident sends Marinette into critical condition, the only thing she can think about is Chat Noir. She wasn't going to make it and someone had to tell him. Otherwise, he'd never know what had happened to her--why his lady had never returned. And, as it just so happens, Adrien is there with her near the end, so she decides that he can take the message to Chat just as well as anyone.

Summary
For almost ten years Paris has been peaceful. No villains. No heroes. No hate. But, as always, peace never lasts forever and as a new threat takes over the city of love, there’s a change in the game where this time death is permanent.
Adrien has been living full of hope after the worst years of his life. He’s free. He’s settled. But most importantly, he’s in love. After years of trying to find his calling everything came together the day he married his wife, or so he thought.
Marinette still craved the companionship of her partner. It had been a decade since she’d seen him; the dull ache in her heart constantly asking what had happened to him. If only she had the opportunity to speak to him one more time.
The chance for a reconnection appears when Paris’ heroes are needed again and as feelings begin to resurface so does the hate, love and lies.
Ladybug and Chat Noir will need to find a new dynamic to make this work, saving not only their friends but also themselves, leaving Adrien and Marinette to risk everything in a need to survive.

Summary
To Adrien, dance was just a selection of movements. A well rehearsed transition from one gesture to the next; the brush of a hand, the closeness of bodies, a well-timed duet between two people to entertain. His mother had encouraged him to dance from his heart and love his music — a metaphor he never understood, until that one day when they stopped. The pregnant pause in the combination of fluidity, finally making everything clear.
It wasn’t the quality of the choreography or the characters they were playing, it was the girl twirling effortlessly around in his arms. For, when Adrien finally found the right partner, that’s when the music truly began.
