   Summary

   First contact alternate universe of the mass effect series.

   The discovery of a mega-structure beyond Pluto causes humanity to launch an investigation team helmed by Commander Shepard and her crew unboard the first longterm space traveling vessel the Normandy. However after 6 months of travel and finally arriving at the mega-structure something unexpected happens that hurles the Normandy with her crew across the galaxy into unexpected and unprepared for situations.

   There will be Shakarian in this eventually but it will be a slow burn! As well it will swap perspectives between chapters.
