"I mean, I would have never pegged you as the guy to have—"
"Yuuji."
"I'm scared." Yuuji blurts out. Suddenly, the words tumble out on their own accord. "I'm scared to go to sleep, I'm scared of hurting someone." He blinks back his tears. "I'm scared of hurting you."

"No stop." Neji puts a hand up, points at Naruto. "That was all him."

Summary
When Kakashi looks at Obito, all he sees is a nobody. Every interaction brings sparks of annoyance, disdain, and frustration, and an even deeper ache he refuses to name. Until he does. But by then, it is already too late.
When Kakashi thinks of him now, he feels only the loss of a person he loved. For years, nothing changes. And then, everything does.
Waking up in the past, Kakashi gets a second chance to do it all again, but his hopes of changing the future start to shatter when he realises that this time, something is wrong.
Obito isn’t saying the things he once did. He is stronger than he should be. He chooses to stifle himself in darkness. But he’s still alive, and Kakashi will do anything to save him.

“Promise you’ll wake up?” Satoru asks, voice trembling.
“Hn..” Obito tries to nod, his head spins instead. “I’ll wake up.”
“I don’t trust you, Tobi.” Satoru spoke the words for the first time.
“If I don’t, you can ask me more…”
“I’ll keep asking.”
“That’s fine, Toru…”
Obito’s eyes shut, giving in to that deep sleep.
Satoru’s grip tightened as he watched his brother, blue eyes glowing in use.
“Don’t die, Tobi.”
Or
Obito gets reborn and learn how to be a brother to someone viewed as the strongest weapon for the world. Unbeknownst to him, more complicated issues come with being reborn as Satoru’s brother. Someone comes along for the ride.
