However, the fear of not being able to catch up when having to study alone and eventually dropping out of school was bigger. Luckily, he had Bakugou on his side - even if only virtually.
A bakukami story about how not to fail all your classes while being stuck at home due to the Pandamic.

Summary
Astarion starts to dissociate during intimacy and Neithen is there to take care of him.
Neithen smiles gently at him, again feeling pain piercing through his heart. He doesn't feel like it is his place to say that, they barely know each other, but he so desperatly wants to show Astarion that there is so much more in him to value than his body or sexual skills. He's grown so fond of him in those recent weeks, not only as a lover, but as a friend. He loves that snarky comments, those stupid jokes, those meaningful looks between them when Gale says something stupid.
The worst part is that he knows he cannot say anything now. That if Astarion sees someone can see through that mask of confidence he created, he will (as Karlach said) bolt. He knows he needs to work around it. To both take care of him and not let him know that he knows.
