    The new motive Monokuma has presented is nothing but a drag. However, when Nagito sees Hajime loitering by the hospital, he finds a truly hopeless discovery - He's got the despair disease! Now one less symbol of hope down, he needs to figure out a way to make use of this conundrum before all the Ultimates are too sick for the killing game.

    The only issue is- Hajime can't stop distracting him.

    Or: A role reversal where Hajime is the one sick instead of Nagito, and it leads to some more heartfelt connections because Nagito actually uses his brain.

    Shuichi has been the only one so far to actually catch his attention. The only one so far that actually tries to understand him, instead of just slapping on the ‘bad guy’ label, like everyone else has. He’s the only one who truly understands the risk of this killing game.

    So far, after studying everyone else for a long amount of time, Kokichi can confidently say that he doesn’t think Shuichi is suspicious.

    Kokichi purses his lips, and after a few moments… He steadily, hesitantly, but surely, writes “trustworthy?” on the board, underneath Shuichi’s picture.
