One time, she stays up all night very seriously writing a pro/con list about driving to Philadelphia to profess her undying love for him. The next day, she decides that she never wants to see his stupid face ever again.
All told, when she steps through the door to Luke’s diner on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving only to see Jess Mariano behind the counter, she is 100% certain that she is hallucinating his image. Calmly thinks, ‘Oh. So this is what a psychotic break feels like.’
