Summary
The one and only future Empress of Teyvat has begun having nightmares. Premonition of her death in flashing images of bronze strands of hair and blue eyes appearing in her dreams.
She saw it as a gift from the Archons, warning her of her future demise, but she didn't really understand until one trip in the plaza when she ran into a poor, dirtied boy with hair the colour of copper and eyes as clear as the ocean.
A story in which a princess takes in her future killer, raising him to be loyal to her, only for him to grow obsessed.
Perhaps the warning wasn't to take him in and raise him well enough to keep him on a tight leash, maybe the warning was to stay away from him as far as possible.
Only the gods know. . .
