“I’m fine,” Seungmin insists, more forcefully than he usually would.
“Yeah, you are,” Chan agrees, thumping him on the back. “You’re cute, Seungminnie,” he says, his eyes squinting as he smiles fondly at him. “Like a puppy, right?” he asks, patting Seungmin on the head like a dog.
“I’m not a dog,” he protests, but he fears it comes out garbled.
“Seungmin, paw,” Chan says, and in his haze, he manages to place his hand in Chan’s. “Good boy.”
Or: Puppy love, if the puppies were also super gay and kind of in denial about the whole thing.
