Summary
Slowly, her brain came back to Runeterra. She blinked, trying to focus on her surroundings. Vi had been laid to rest on an old, tattered red chair tucked against a bean bag so she could stretch out her legs. Above her, there was a colorful canopy illuminated with string lights. Amongst the clutter on the little table sat a ragdoll with a body made out of a music box with woven bright magenta hair.
Vi had an idle thought of the ragdoll being dressed in a vaguely familiar manner, before her eyes landed on her own younger face, painted in watercolor inside a wooden frame.
The recognition took a moment to sink in. “What the fuck?”

Summary
"Get off me," Vi hissed, wriggling to pull the piece of soft cotton Caitlyn was pressing onto her wound off. She gritted her teeth as every muscle in her body strained against the pressure Caitlyn applied.
"You hard-headed twit ! Stay still," Caitlyn snapped, straddling her and pinning Vi’s hands above her head with one hand to keep her still.
Vi raised a mocking brow, certain she could turn the tables and overpower Caitlyn if she tried to make this a proper fight. "You’re overestimating yourself, Cupcake."
"Am I ?" Caitlyn pushed down harder, her strength pressing against Vi who tried to shift her hips to buck Caitlyn off but couldn’t quite manage it. She dug her fingers into the fabric of Caitlyn’s shirt to claw her off, but Caitlyn’s height was working in her favor and kept Vi in place.

One word.
That’s all it took for Caitlyn to fall back into her arms—if she ever left them in the first place.
