It's strange to think of someone like Chi Cheng dealing with something like dom drop. He's such a heartless piece of shit 90% of the time that Chengyu hadn't even considered... and with how rough he is? The shit he's into?
Chengyu clenches his jaw when he thinks about doing the kinds of shit Chi Cheng does to Wu Suowei to Xiaoshuai without any real negotiation, safe guards, or aftercare. Even if Xiaoshuai didn't complain, even if he liked it, Chengyu would feel miserable.
