Summary
A drabble collection.
Indigo is the color of the sky right before it finishes setting into a moonless night, the opposite of the orange Caleb sported in his basketball jerseys back in the day. That orange is bright like the sun, shining its light and warmth on everyone alike. Even if his light and warmth have only ever been for one person, it leaks out to other people, and it makes them covetous of more. Indigo knows this, so she chooses to stay looking down at the floor, down at the shadows, and suck on a lemon drop that makes her face churn to keep her distracted from the bright light that keeps taking pity on her.
