Summary

The thing is Kevin Day doesn't even know who Kevin Day is. He's not sure he wants to know, either. Not with every part of him cracking under the weight of the Raven implosion, Jean's transition to USC, the impending court case, Riko's death and the fan backlash. Who he is, what he needs, and what he wants is irrelevant. And it always has been.
A continuation of the story in 'Waiting You Out'. This is set just before the end of that fic, where Renee gets shut out of Kevin's life. This is also set around the end of 'The Sunshine Court'. The story is now from Kevin's POV.

Lucas let out a sound that was half sob, half hysterical laugh. He backed up until his spine hit the bedroom wall, sliding down slightly as if his legs could no longer support his weight. He looked at Buck like he was looking at a dead man.
"Evan," Lucas said, his voice dropping to a devastated, trembling whisper. "I should have told you. I swear to god, I should have told you before we even left the bar, but I didn't think... I've never had a condom break on me. Never. I am so careful. I am so, so careful."
"Told me what?" Buck asked. His voice didn't sound like his own.
Lucas closed his eyes, a tear escaping and tracking down his pale cheek. He swallowed hard, and then he looked Buck dead in the eye.
"I'm HIV positive."

Gojo squinted at him for a hot minute before pushing his sunglasses down slightly. Oh yeah. He recognized that energy flow.
"Ranpuzel?"
Aizawa looked between them.
"You two know each other?""No—"
"Obviously!"
Yamada and Gojo answered at the same time.
Aizawa blinked.
Gojo turned toward Yamada, looking genuinely offended."Seriously? You don't remember?" he huffed. "We were shoplifting together while I was wasted like two weeks ago."
Across the room, Toshinori spat out his coffee.
Satoru Gojo was exhausted.
Against popular belief, he was still a human.
The strongest, yes.
But also a dumb high-schooler with two kids and a death wish.When the Higher-ups order him to act as a transfer student and representative of Jujutsu sorcerers at UA, he almost laughs.
Almost.
Surprisingly, settling in isn't that hard. The staff may not appreciate his methods, but he's made a few friends and adapted well enough.
