"The former supernova knew perfectly well why he was standing in front of that small abandoned wooden house just outside the town of Ebisu. It was he who had asked for a meeting, after all.
The pirate knocked a couple of times, perhaps more as a warning than out of courtesy, and without waiting for an answer he entered that old shack, even more battered inside than outside: a dim light barely illuminated the hut; the flooring was now worn; the roof could have collapsed at any moment and around it were carcasses of wooden furniture worn by time and inactivity, but Law did not pay enough attention to the surrounding environment. Instead, he focused his gaze on the bursting figure that stood before him.
