Summary
Newly initiated into the VALORANT Protocol, Iselin Solem is half an arm down. Her world was flipped upside down in hours, and she has to learn to adapt. On the frigid fjords of Norway, it's eat or be eaten, kill or be killed. And while that certainly is true on the battlefield, perhaps that isn't the case in the safety of the VALORANT Headquarters. Learning had never been difficult for her. She knew she could learn to thrive on the missions, she knew she could learn to use her new prosthetic arm. What she didn't know, however, was how to learn to be vulnerable again, when everyone she had ever cared about was ripped away from her grip.
But Skye knows how to teach a soldier that they don't have to hold onto someone for them to stay. Or, she'll learn with trial and error through her interactions with Deadlock.
