Dazai cocks his head, and Chuuya can tell he’s really trying hard to maintain the bored look on his face. Chuuya’s known Dazai long enough to recognize when he’s curious.

In which Dazai succeeds in the death he’s always longed for, and Chuuya and Atsushi will do whatever it takes to save the man who saved them before they even realized they were being saved. However many times it takes.

Principal Nezu of UA Academy has decided that 12 students from Class 1A, and two teachers, will be sent to the isolated region of Yokohama for a month for a secret investigation of the seemingly quirkless city ruled by villains.

Summary
Yokohama, a city shrouded in mystery, infamous and isolated. Just a mere blank spot on Japan’s map.
Until one day, it unexpectedly opened its gates, allowing 12 hero students and 2 teachers of Japan’s top hero school to attend Yokohamas own top ‘hero school’. For the HPSC this is an opportunity to grasp at any information about Yokohama. But, what did the Yokohamans themselves gain from this?Or
Since the age of quirks, 200 years-ago, Japan has never been able to uncover anything about Yokohama, whether it be the population or the heroes… except for one singular piece of information; the majority of Yokohamans were quirkless. From that alone, the HPSC and pro heroes assumed the city’s “heroes” must be weak and few in between. Not realising that the quirkless rate was actually 100% but, in place of these weak powers called quirks, something much stronger than what quirks will ever be were lurking around in the shadows, hidden away, under the names of ‘abilities’. Safe to say, No hero system wanted or needed.
