Summary
I saw a yellow rose the color of an early sunset as I passed and I stopped without care just to stare. I plucked it and crushed it under my sole but my heart still swelt with yearning.
When a sweet honey colored butterfly soared through the air I watched in adoration. I let it rest on my finger forevermore, to stop from drowning the poor thing in my woe.
I ask you please, come back to me, and breathe life into my desolate eyes.
