Izuku had been moved around ever since Hitoshi had left all those years ago. 25 different foster homes in 8 years sounds insane till you've actually lived it. But now at UA, he's found a surreal sense of normal, a pillar which he's never had. So after taking down overhual and with the extended month's break at looming over his hsoulder he only wants one thing, even if it's just for a short while. He wants to run. But, he knows he can't do it alone.
A fic about love, loss and finding space to let the light shining upon you into your heart.
