Summary
This is a collection of little non-sequiturs that take place between the first and second chapters of Warren & Cupcake's story. These are the moments that led from Warren being incredibly skeptical of her to openly asking her for cuddles while watching movies together.
I didn't put a name to Cupcake, so feel free to project your own version or name you have for her into these one-shots.

Summary
'“I’m always impressed by nature in the city.” She mused. “Not the gardens people grow necessarily, but the wild plants and animals that thrive despite our meddling.” She paused a moment, trying to put her thoughts to words. “The wall surrounding the city, for example. There are so many vines that have managed to grow through it’s cracks. Or the ivy that grows along the side of the Elfsong. It’s resilient. I feel like there’s something to learn from that.”
She looked away from the tree and back at Halsin. He was gazing at her with a look of admiration and a fond smile.
“You would have made an excellent druid.” He told her.'
A chance meeting between Tav and Halsin towards the beginning/middle of Act 3.

Summary
"To calm her nerves, she repeated the plan for what had to be the dozenth time. “Okay, Jaheira and Lae’zel, you’ll go gather the allies we’ve made. Wyll and Halsin, you’ll start evacuating people before it gets messy. Astarion, you’re going to sneak ahead and scout. Sadowheart, Karlach, Gale and I will-”
She cut off as she looked around camp at her companions. Someone was missing.
“Where’s Gale?”"
Five years later, Tav still struggles with nightmares about their adventures.

Summary
"She was more than a comforting presence or a sound leader, she was a balm that soothed his soul in ways he never knew were possible. Not even in his time with Mystra had he felt anything like it.
As soon as the thought flitted into his mind, he wanted to banish it. He didn’t want to darken the time he had with Tav by thinking of her. Not only would it bring his mood down significantly, but Tav deserved better than for him to be thinking of an ex-lover while they were in bed together."

Summary
"A bright pillar of light soon caught his attention. Tav’s moonlight spell caught one of the cultists in it’s beam, and they screamed as it burned their flesh. In it’s light he caught sight of Tav. She was covered in blood, and he realized with rising panic that much of it was coming from a wound in her side. One hand clutching the wound, she used the other to wildly re-aim the moonbeam to another enemy.
Without warning, a flash of pale green magic streaked past the battle and directly into Tav’s chest, sending her crumpling to the ground. The bright beam of moonlight abruptly disappeared, leaving the party in darkness. Wyll had wielded enough necrotic magic himself to know what it looked like, and that if it had taken her down that was very, very bad."

Summary
"When he finally made his way back, he scanned the camp, finally catching sight of Tav. She sat with a thousand yard stare, gazing into their small campfire. She looked very different from the girl who had danced with him only a few nights ago. There was a world-weariness to that stare he wished he could take from her.
Tav is struggling with the knowledge that the fate of Faerun rests in her hands, and Wyll reminds her of why everyone trusts she is the right person for the job.
