    Kremy always just assumed the guy was tough. Sure Torbek had a soft heart, but he’d always taken whatever Kremy had thrown at him. He’d even fallen off the Herris Wheel for Baron’s sake! Multiple Times!
    So was it really his fault he'd just assumed Torbek would be fine? Yes, yes, of course it was. Kremy had been stupid, not that the gatorfolk would ever admit it.

    Or: The Crew become distinctly aware that Torbek doesn't take very good care of himself - and they're not going to stand for it.
    And Gricko and Frost start to try and make their intentions more clear. Too bad Torbek doesn't believe they'd want him.
