Crowds roared, cameras flashed, news reporters praised the precision of Katsuki Bakugou, a ruthless fighter and the number one boxer in Japan. famous, wealthy, and feared, he had everything most people dreamed of. But once lights dimmed and the arena emptied, Katsuki returned to a pent house that felt way too lonely.
Only a couple miles away from the rink, hidden under bright neon lights and forgotten alleyways, another world existed. A world where omegas were treated like property and debts were paid with bodies instead of money. Izuku Midoriya lived in that world, at only twenty two years old he worked in an underground heat ring run by dangerous people. He hated every second he spent there, but leaving wasn't an option. So he endured.
Izuku never had time to catch up on television or sports, so when fate pushed him into the path of Japan's greatest boxer he had no idea who the furious blonde alpha glaring at him was. For Katsuki it should've been nothing more than an annoying collision. Instead, the moment their eyes met everything changed.

He flips the page devouring word after word, report after report, his heart beginning to pound as adrenaline starts to surge anew. This can’t be right, this can’t be real. The more he reads the faster his breathing starts to become.
Dabi slowly crouches down in front of him, trying not to startle the hero as he watches him tumble down down down from the pedestal he’s been perched so precariously upon.
Hawks wets his lips, his voice barely above a whisper, and so so hollow when he asks, “What happens now?”
Dabi’s head tilts like a birds at the question.
“To start, you could die for me.”OR
Dabi fakes Hawks death to give Keigo the chance to live a life of freedom. Now all he has to do is coax the abused hero into presenting so he isn't a ticking time bomb waiting to be set off if the Commission discovers he's alive.
