Summary
The idea was laughable as much as it wanted to make Will cry. He wanted nothing more than for Mike to know the way his heart ached when he looked at him. He wanted to bundle up all of these feelings, all of the words he wished to say, and kiss them into Mike’s mouth; he hoped they’d leave an imprint there, and inspire Mike to tell him that he’s felt the same way for a while now, too.
And while recently he’s learned to accept the situation for what it was, something weird was happening simultaneously. Something he couldn’t quite tell if he was looking too much into, if he was making connections between things that weren’t really there. Which was why Will believed that he might be going crazy, and why it’s been so hard to believe that what he wanted was truly untouchable.

The one where Will realizes his unfathomable crush on Mike just might not be as unrequited as he thinks it is.
