Summary
The world goes pin-drop silent for those few seconds where Hajime has his lips pressed against Tooru’s. They’re annoyingly soft, which he finds he isn’t surprised by. God, he doesn’t even know what he’s doing. Although he is surprised when Tooru eventually relaxes into the kiss, exhaling softly as he kisses Hajime back. Then and only then does Hajime register that this isn’t a dream and time hasn’t stopped because they’re the main characters of some cheesy rom-com but because holy shit, Iwaizumi Hajime is kissing his lifelong best friend Oikawa Tooru on the mouth, in the middle of Sendai city gym under the eyes of at least two hundred bewildered spectators.
Hajime's feelings for his best friend spill out faster than his brain can catch up. This is what ensues.

Renjun knows his boyfriends love him. It’s hard not to be aware of the fact when both of them are so painfully obvious with their affections for him. Jeno follows him around like a lost puppy, taking every opportunity to just be with him. Jaemin is different. Jaemin will do a million things for him and expect nothing in return. He is all grand gestures and gentle reminders.
He pulls away anyway. And he doesn’t know why.

Mark had a history with highschool crushes. And by history, he meant pouring all his feelings on paper and stuffing them in a little can inside his closet, never to be found. But the universe wasn't known for granting Mark with what he wanted, or rather, his little brother Jaemin was bored and just wanted to mess with his life.
Basically, the main idea from To All the Boys I've Loved Before but with Mark Lee as the awkward protagonist, and a few changes to keep it interesting.
