Summary
To say that Inazuma’s Mission is a disaster is putting it lightly. What happened in Inazuma is unequivocally a clusterfuck with a capital C, a shit storm of epic proportions not unlike the one raised by Osial himself during the Liyue Mission, which, coincidentally, also tanked the Fatui’s reputation. Dear Archons, it tanked the Fatui’s reputation so hard and so fast that Pulcinella will be lucky if he can manage to dredge up its shattered remains from the depths of the Earth in which it now lays.
Luckily, Pulcinella has a Plan to fix things, and it all starts with an old, black-and-white photo of Tartaglia in a glorious winter coat.

It’s been two months since the storm, and Childe hasn’t seen Zhongli not even once, not since that fateful meeting with the Signora where the truth is finally unveiled.
And what a fun little kick to the gut that is, the realization that not only had he been played by all sides, but he's also being tossed aside like trash now that his use had run its course.
It’s not that Childe doesn’t get it. He’s a Harbinger. He knows first-hand what it means to do his duty, to put the mission first and his personal feelings far, far away, preferably locked up in a box, where it wouldn’t interfere with his job. He knows what it’s like working with vipers, to scheme and plot and lie in wait for the opportune moment to stab his opponent in the back.
But this time, this time Childe can’t help but feel a little (a lot) gutted.
Stupid. He’s gotten himself stupidly attached.

Her hand lifts towards Her chest. The hilt of an electric sword forms from holy dust under Her fingertips. Cold, brilliant fire gathers around Her in dark waves.
“No.” She says, and then the lightning arcs down in a deadly wave, striking dead-centre across his shoulders and surging down his torso like water hurtling down a cliff.
Thoma loses himself in a shriek and all-consuming static.

The proposal came out of nowhere, and Ayato nearly lets his surprise show, but he quickly pulls it back and pretends to think about it for a moment, putting on the most nonchalant expression he can possibly manage. “Hm… I don’t know.”
Thoma raises his head, clearly not expecting that response. “Whaat—”
“Ask me again tomorrow when you’re sober.”

Summary
“Do you want the truth?” Ayato says, and gods, he’s so close. Thoma is sure that the thundering of his heart is loud to Ayato’s ears, the warm flush across his face is bright to Ayato’s eyes, and despite how nervous he is, he finds that he can’t bear to break away from his lord’s gaze.
“That, uh, would be nice, I guess,” Thoma laughs, but the sound dies quickly into a small squeak when Ayato places his hand onto Thoma’s cheek.
“The truth is that—” Ayato’s words are syrupy slow, feeding into the heat, the hunger growing inside of Thoma. “—I just love how cute you look when you’re flustered.” His eyes dart down to Thoma’s lips, and Thoma can feel his resolve crumbling into a fine dust. “Absolutely delectable.”
Thoma’s response to that is to close the distance between them with a kiss.
