It’s always the same- your lungs start to feel too big for your chest, your skin is on too tight, that terrible whining ring starts up in your ears and, as it crescendos, your vision whites out leaving nothing in the world but the sound of your heart trying to beat its way out of your chest and the silent space where there should be breath.
