Summary
Charles gave BJ’s shoulder what he guessed might be intended as a reassuring squeeze, but it did the opposite-BJ was startled and alarmed. Why was Charles trying to reassure him? He instinctively leaned away from the hand while trying not to move his head, as Charles, Lieutenant Epps, and Father Mulcahy appeared to have a brief conversation. They all looked slightly troubled, especially Father Mulcahy, whose eyebrows were knit tightly together, a hand wrapped around his rosary. ... God, this was infuriating, BJ thought, wishing he could understand what they were saying.

Basically, what if it was BJ who lost his hearing in Goodbye, Farewell and Amen?

Summary
Once, in a fit of dark humor that he often regretted, Reverend Bates had joked to Daniel Pierce that the two of them needed to lift weights because so much of their respective jobs consisted of catching widows and mothers. He never regretted that joke more than when he caught Daniel around the elbow before he could entirely slide to the ground, a low, pained moan coming from somewhere deep in his chest.

Summary
‘This can’t be right,’ BJ said, glancing between the map out the window, as Val pulled over the car.
‘No, no, no, that’s the helipad, with that flat top-‘ Hawkeye said from the backseat, pointing to a green and brown mound rising up a few houses away. ‘Right?’
BJ peered at it and squinted, pushing his glasses up his nose when they slipped, and recognized the small, flat outcropping. It was covered in brush, even a few saplings poking out from the underbrush-clearly no helicopter had landed there in decades. Staring in amazement, he unbuckled his seatbelt and started climbing out of the car.

‘Here,’ Hawkeye handed over the calendar. ‘Write your birthday on there so I don’t forget to send you a card.'
BJ only had it for a few seconds before he tried to hand it back, holding it out to Hawkeye.
‘Oh, it’s not on there,’ he said casually.
‘Not on there?’ Hawkeye asked, as BJ made his way across the tent. ‘What do you mean it’s not on there?’

Summary
‘Have fun,’ Hawkeye told the small gaggle in at the foot of his driveway. ‘Don’t end up at Dad’s office-‘
‘We’ll try not to, Doc,’ Ronnie said, flashing him a grin and climbing back on his bike. A few of the gang gave him waves as they climbed back onto their bikes. Hawkeye watched them until they were around the corner safely, chewing his lip. Ronnie Hawkins.

Hawkeye Pierce has spend much of the last ten years outside of Crabapple Cove: college, med school, residency, Korea. He hoped that Korea wouldn't follow him home, but that was before he remembered the packet of letters they'd received one soggy autumn.

‘Who’s writing to you from California, then? Airmail?’ Andy asked.
‘One of the doctors from my outfit in Korea-,’ Walter explained, still staring at the envelope ...‘-but I haven’t heard from Dr. Hunnicutt since the cease fire. No one has.’

Just some scenes I cut from the end of Always Have Me. I might add to the ships/characters as I decide what scenes to polish up and include.

Summary
It’s been almost ten years since the Korean cease fire was signed, M*A*S*H 4077 disbanded, and BJ Hunnicutt decided that he wanted to erase those years from his life. As the years passed, it became easier to forget, or at least ignore it, until a trip to a surgical conference forces him to confront his past.

Summary
Strangely, Dr. Pierce's time in a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital had been more stable than the year since his discharge, when he'd arrived home to find no demand for surgeons on the Maine Coast and bounced around filling in-covering a vacation here, a sick leave there, wherever he could, whenever he could. It was a transient life full of transient friendships, and he seemed to have run out of opportunities at this point.

Her father had never been wrong about the Doctor in the end, Kate realized, and she'd long since forgiven the erratic behavior of the Time Lord, but that didn't mean the memories of those feelings were gone for good.

Summary
Kate Stewart went to visit her father to be distracted from work, but if she didn't want to discuss UNIT, she probably should not have gone to see a retired UNIT soldier.
This can be read as a companion to "A Lethbridge-Stewart Creation" but it's not entirely necessary to read the other. Also can be read in any order because timey-wimey.

Summary
Apparently, two UNITs had been needed to solve this one. Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart wasn't entirely sure as to why as he bounced back and forth on the Tardis with the Doctor-something to do with wiring the vortex between two time references, whatever that meant-but after a long day, he found himself in a UNIT briefing room. Just not the one he was familiar with.

Summary
When Watson is injured in Afghanistan, an identity he'd built up for years unravels quickly and he finds himself back in London, short on resources and struggling to adjust. A chance encounter and a new friendship helps him find an opportunity he'd never thought he'd have again, though the accounts of his adventures will surely need to be modified for publication.

Summary
Sherlock Holmes was a man of many habits. Pipe smoking was perhaps his most famous, and several of his more intimate acquaintances knew that he could occasionally descend into the comfort of a seven-percent solution of cocaine. And most knew that Doctor John Watson was one of those habits, even after the detective had retired to the South Downs.
John Watson was a fixed point that Holmes could hold on to as the winds of change blew through Europe. Without that anchor, without his fixed point, what would become of Sherlock Holmes? What powers on earth could separate the detective from his faithful chronicler?
