“Listen, princess.” He got closer, bringing one of his hands to your exposed shoulder to make you face him. “You can’t get rid of me, let’s make that clear. So we might as well make this work, yeah?”
You looked him in the eyes as he turned you to him. His pupils were such a peculiar color. Blue like the sea and pink like the sunset. But staring into his eyes only distracted you for a moment. You two were on different stances when it came to this arrangement: he wanted to get along while you just wanted to pretend like he didn't exist.
“...Or is your heart so dry that a little sea water might break you and not rejuvenate you..?”
Or a royal AU where you get forced to marry a sea prince and learn that he can be your greatest ally.
