Summary
Ever since she was a little girl, Seonghwa has tried her best not to be selfish. She’s always tried to be the bigger person: the person who picks whatever is left after everyone else has made their choice, the person who makes sure that other people are happy first. It’s the people-pleaser in you, unnie, Wooyoung once told her over a bottle of soju.
Whatever it is, Seonghwa has always made the effort. Be hungry, she used to tell herself before it became second nature, but don’t be greedy.
It’s not that easy with Hongjoong.
Seonghwa, Hongjoong, and the art of looking.

Summary
“Let’s bring the meeting to order,” Wooyoung declared, banging a toy wooden gavel against the massive pine conference table. “Please state your name and title.”
Yeosang and Mingi sat on opposite sides, both staring at him with resignation.
“What?” Wooyoung asked from the head of the table, blinking innocently.
“Can you not?” Yeosang said flatly.
“It’s literally just the three of us,” Mingi grumbled. “Did you really need to book the biggest conference room in the library for this?”
“This is a serious business and we need to treat it like one,” Wooyoung said. “I’ll go first. Jung Wooyoung, President.” He glared at Yeosang, motioning for him to follow.
Yeosang sighed. “Kang Yeosang, Treasurer.”
“Song Mingi, Secretary.”

Summary
“I said I wanted to meet in person because I knew you’d hang up on me if we talked over the phone. You’re very predictable, you know that?”
“You have one minute,” Hongjoong said, jaws clenching.
Wooyoung paused and brought his hands to his lips. “I thought about what you said that night. About breaking up San and Seonghwa.”
Hongjoong snorted. “Yeah, that was a joke.”

Summary
The truth is, it’s been a little difficult to be around Hongjoong these past few months. In a way, it’s Seonghwa’s own fault, for wanting things he can’t have and getting his hopes up over and over again, just to have them crushed like a dry, brittle leaf in the palm of his hand, looking as the dust flies away with the wind. He should’ve known, watching the play of light on the waters of Lake Como, that some things weren’t meant to be.
Before the last concert of their North American tour, Seonghwa and Hongjoong spend five days at an upscale villa in Los Angeles. Those five days change everything. It's been a long time coming.
