Russia had been snowy, yes, but it was an endless blizzard sort of snow. There was no softness too it, no kindness. Instead, it had been hard edged, a place where only the best adapted or the best prepared could survive. Though snowy, the Scandinavian Lostbelt was not that place. CasCu didn’t like that sun.
It was too large, nearly swallowing up the sky. A silver orb that didn’t seem to give out as much light as a sun that size should have had. Perhaps it had been a moon, reflecting the light of something else, but the area was too bright for that. It was clearly day, and that bright disk hung over it all. Too big. Too bright.
It made something in CasCu’s stomach twist. His fingers flexed; he ached for his spear.
AKA Chaldea enters the Scandinavian Lostbelt, and the heavy Nordic presence causes something - or Someone - in CasCu's mind to wake up. Alternatively: my take on CasCu being Odin's emissary. Though in This case, emissary is a preeetty gentle word to use.

Summary
The Chaldea Security Organization is a strange place, to say the least. Heroic Spirit EMIYA has settled in as the resident head chef, dutifully serving over a hundred Heroic Spirits and human staff when he's not busy Rayshifting. Six Singularities have been resolved, and it seems his Master's mission is nearing completion. He's lived through two separate versions of the Fifth Fuyuki City Holy Grail War and come out far less cynical on the other side.

“Not since I entered the dances.” Emiya said. They’d been talking before Rin had tugged him in, and then, as always, he’d been swept from her to another to another, until finally he had landed in her arms again. “I thought he went out for fresh air.”
Edge’s lips thinned. “I can’t find him."
Emiya’s gut dropped, sinking fast like a stone. Cold air rushed into his lungs. With effort, he prevented a small noise from slipping out of his lips.
“I’ve had guards searching the gardens, the balconies, and the halls. Some of Marie’s servants have helped. No one’s seen him since he was talking to you."
The words came out cold, sharp, a monotone that lacked any sort of infliction. The stone in Emiya’s gut shattered. He knotted his fists to keep his hands from trembling. “Nothing?”
“Nothing.” Edge says, voice quiet. “He’s gone.”In the aftermath of Kage's disappearance, Emiya is forced to find himself a personal guard for his protection.
