Summary

I would welcome you to the Fatui, but since you poor souls got assigned to Lord Tartaglia out of all the Harbingers, I reckon we skip the pleasantries and get straight down to business.You are probably wondering how he, out of all of them, could possibly be the most dangerous given that he is only ranked the Eleventh, but do not doubt that there have been those before you that have asked the same, and didn’t live to share their answer with you.
But fear not- we, the ones who have learned from their mistakes, have created this guide which will break down the basics as to why he is, and how to survive in his presence.
You will hereby be presented the first, and most important rule of them all which, if you do follow, will increase your chances of avoiding incidents that have cost the lives of many.
