Summary
The goddess of life felt it the moment Tommy stopped breathing.
Could you blame her? You would notice if the stars stopped shining, leaving the night sky an endless sea of darkness. If the flowers stopped blooming, robbing the earth of brilliant color and aroma. She held this child dearly to her heart, for his energy was as radiant as the sun itself. He drew in the people around him, either inspiring them with his warmth and light or leaving them burnt with his scorching rays.

c!Tommy-centric fic! Just a hypothetical about what could have happened after Wilbur left when he was revived :]
Also somewhat of a songfic! The lyrics are slightly modified for the story but they're from a song called Pine Point by PUP! It's a really good song, and the vibe makes me think of the dynamic c!Tommy and c!Wilbur have. Go give it a listen if you can!
"Tommy couldn't believe his eyes or his ears right now. There Wilbur was, very much so alive, and ecstatic about it?! He was waltzing away from Ranboo, Tubbo, and himself. Already singing a new tune about the nation that had once belonged to them, but that was a distant memory; if one could even call it that. It feels like a different life now. After everything that's happened, how have they returned to this?"

First official fic! The Red Banquet was interesting, wasn't it? Felt inspired by Foolish's death so this is about his experience and train of thought while he waits to respawn.
//possible tw's: slight derealization and descriptions of pain (shouldn't be too bad but if you're sensitive to these two topics, be advised! stay safe folks <3)
"So right now, Foolish is just a soul. Floating until who knows when.
But he decides that this is okay. Is it actually? Nope. But at least he knows he'll be back soon. The question of 'where is here?' is actually the only question that he knows the answer to. That brings him some degree of comfort.
But now he has to process everything else. Well, at least there's plenty of time to!"
