Shinazugawa grunted, “No shit. It sounded like you were vomiting your lungs out at the meeting.”
“Allergies,” Tomioka offered.
“Allergies that have gone on for over a month? And gotten progressively worse?” Sanemi asked, and Giyuu could tell the Wind Pillar was looking at him now, watching him. He should’ve known Shinobu would spill.
He sighed. “Look, it’s nothing.”
“No, it’s not. Your performance today was terrible, especially as we got into the late afternoon. It’s affecting your fighting.”
“Maybe I’m out of practice.”
Sanemi took a step forward, “Cut the shit, Tomioka. What’s going on with you?”

Summary
Giyuu crawls into Sanemi’s lap, legs on either side of the man, and, using his remaining hand, reaches out and places Sanemi’s much larger, scarred hand over his neck.
Sanemi’s fingers instinctively begin to curl around Giyuu’s fragile, breakable windpipe, as he takes hold of his neck.
It’s thrilling, he realizes, but not what he expected.
Sanemi’s touch is different this time; it's gentle, and Giyuu doesn’t want it to be.

Sanemi and Giyuu look back on how their relationship was prior to the final battle.
Giyuu kind of wants to go back to those days.
Or at least, bring back a few aspects of it.
