Summary
To Park Jimin, the famous idol and Korea’s sweetheart, Taehyung is his best friend in the entire world and wherever Jimin goes, Taehyung follows. So it’s only natural that, when the fame comes to grace him, Taehyung becomes Jimin’s personal bodyguard, keeping him and his secrets safe, as taking care of the omega is what Taehyung does best.
Jimin is living his dream, he feels safe, protected. He could be like this forever.
To Kim Taehyung, the ultimate best friend, Jimin is the one person he cares the most – his soulmate, his other half, the one he’s been in love with for years now. So it’s only natural that he keeps waiting for Jimin to look at him a little longer and maybe realize that he feels the same, so he would be able to stop hiding, stop pretending it doesn’t hurt. Because keeping Jimin and his secrets safe as his bodyguard and best friend, also means that Taehyung guards the door whenever Jimin goes into heat and spends it with his heat partner.
Taehyung is not sure how much longer he can do it though.
