Once Onoda returns home after his week of hell, he's faced with the issue of bringing himself back into society and to his team with his injuries. After Midousuji's neglect to contact him again, Onoda struggles to find his place again on his cycling team.
Makishima and Kinjou are now faced with helping Onoda feel needed while Makishima struggles to accept Onoda's tarnished future. One top of it all, there's word of a new threat lurking behind the scenes.

Summary
There’s a difference between falling in love and realizing that you’re already in love. The realization hit Aoyagi Hajime one day like a brick -- painfully, out of the blue -- making his chest tighten and his stomach turn. Hajime takes matters into his own hands to prevent Junta from finding out, but there is, admittedly, a better way he could have handled things.
