Summary
At some point in the future, environmental problems caused by rampant abuse by humanity reached an all time high, and it was incomprehensibly impossible to deal with. People could only manage to sit and observe what had become of their fates; between many individual elements, one stands out: it has started raining everywhere, all around the world, and it never stopped. It was hard to explain: 'why?' but at that point, it was now worthless to do so. Humanity changed quite a lot after that and other events, but some might claim that the roots remain untouched. Follow up with the life of ordinary people in a crazy world—or crazy people in an ordinary world, you name it.
