Summary
“Why are you telling me this? I mean, why me? Why now?” Hermione asks.
“Maybe I like to live dangerously.” Draco shrugs and then is silent for a while.
He runs his hand through his hair as he turns to face Hermione and his eyes seem to be searching her own.
"Or maybe, I might need your help.” He says, quietly and softly. For the first time tonight, she sees traces of warmth in his eyes.

Hermione had grown used to Draco's aloof and arrogant attitude, his insults and his contempt for anyone not being born pureblooded.
She is surprised therefore when he asks her for help.
The characters are not mine, they belong to JK Rowling.
This is essentially a rewrite from year six onwards. Certain events, and the timing of events have been changed to fit in with the storyline.
Torture and violence is mentioned but there are no graphic depictions of either.
There are no explicit sexual scenes, but consensual sex is implied.
