A #margophie story. Set after Margo has been kicked out by Jed. My little spin on things. Margo turns up at Sophie's motel room, drenched from rain and a bruise on her face. Will Sophie cave and let her in or will she tell her to leave?
Will they work things out or completely fall apart?“What the hell are you doing here? Haven't you ruined my life enough? What do you want?” Sophie said savagely. Margo was standing on her motel room porch drenched to the bone, bag in hand, her feet slipping in heels.
"I know you don't wanna see me, but I didn't know where else to go."
Margo's voice cracked at the edges, that Texas drawl thick and sweet as honey before now raw and barely audible. Her makeup was smudged, mascara tracing her cheeks.
