Summary
The Li-Wilson annual Christmas party was really dragging this year. Sparrow sat on the slightly overstuffed sofa, playing some sort of colour matching game that was supposed to make him feel more Zen, which might have worked if it had not been for the ads that seemed to pop up every thirty seconds and completely ruined his flow.
Lost in thought as a poorly put together ad for the game he was already playing blared from his phone, Sparrow felt the sofa dip next to him as Nick made himself comfortable; arms draped along the back of the sofa and legs spread wide, taking up far more space than his otherwise slender frame required.
“You look mad. Where’s your other half?” Nick asked, trying to peer at Sparrows phone over his shoulder
“Lark? Shouldn’t you know, he’s your boyfriend.”

At the annual Christmas party, Lark and Rebecca are nowhere to be found. Nick is of the opinion they shouldn't get to be the only ones having fun
