    Katsuki paused, putting the keys in the locks of his apartment. The sounds of drums came from the other side of the door. There will be noise complaints from the neighbors on the door tomorrow for sure. It’s been a week since he’s been home, a week since seeing his cute ass boyfriend and that fat ass his hands were itching to grab.

    He unlocked the door, pushing it open. Dropping his bag next to the shoes he slipped off. The mission was a waste of damn time, nothing but empty leads on where the fuck that red head bastard was. It’s been years since the attack on Izuku where he lost his fucking arm and almost died... and that fucking bastard was still out there, hiding.

    After Izuku was whisked away by a mysterious father when his mother died, Katsuki didn't see him again for another five years. Until one night when the other boy showed up at his bedroom window out of the blue with more scars than he remembered, a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes, and absolutely no explanation of where he’d been. Katsuki was busy training for his UA entrance exam to become the undisputable number one hero of all time, so dealing with a tight-lipped and injury-prone Izuku was unexpected to say the least.

    Where had Izuku been all this time? How did he get so many scars?

    And why did he have so many secrets?

    AKA: A Deku villain/vigilante AU from Bakugo's perspective with cuddling, bed sharing, and so many mysteries.

    Despairing but warm, Katsuki sobbed. Every long stroke of a big hand down his spine wrenched forth another choking cry from deep within him and every cry cracked his headache further open. The room spun when he tried to open his eyes, forcing his face back into a warm, hard chest, damp with his tears and snot. He wanted to sleep. He wanted to sleep forever. To sleep forever and never wake up or have to face his actions. His fuck-ups.

    “If-it’d… if it’were you…” he slurred, gripping a soft shirt until his fingers were in danger of snapping.

    “Nothing would be different,” a gentle voice assured him.
