There's breakfast to be made and showers to be had and groceries that need to be bought before the workweek begins tomorrow.
But she feels so safe and warm and comfortable wrapped in Percy's arms; enveloped in more love than she ever thought was possible for her to receive. It feels like it'll be very difficult to force herself to move right now.
There's no other way Annabeth would rather spend her mornings than with the love of her life. She wishes she could stay there forever.

“Percy!” she gasped, tightening her grip on him. “What are you doing?”
“I can tell that your shoes are making your feet hurt,” he shrugged. “I can carry you so why wouldn’t I?” Annabeth felt her skin heat up, and she leaned in to kiss his cheek, leaving behind a slight stain of her lip gloss. She didn’t think he’d mind.

Annabeth deserves Princess treatment and Percy is going to give it to her.

Percy is a florist who sees the world around him as a forgotten source of small joys. Annabeth, an overly serious lawyer who makes up for the things she lacks with the time she has left, even forgetting to look around her.
When, after an unusual day at work, she begins to receive flowers in her office accompanied by notes reminding her to smile, her biggest mystery to solve is to find out who wrote them, what anyone might have seen in her, and why a smile spreads across her lips whenever the flowers appear.
And it could be that the key to small joys lies in looking out of the window.
