Тime passed unusually slowly, but so calmly and.. nice. They stood with their eyes closed, synchronized their breathing, and silently immersed themselves in each other's company. Sinsmas music was playing at full volume in the background, but the guys didn't notice a sound.

Summary
After the explosion of the Eclipse Cannon, Agent Stone finds himself going through the motions at his boring new office job and using his free time to search for Robotnik, convinced that the doctor must have somehow survived his heroic sacrifice. However, things take a turn when Shadow shows up in Stone’s office, desperately searching for a purpose in life after abandoning his quest to avenge Maria. Can the two of them work together to dig through some shadowy government documents (no pun intended) and reunite with Dr. Robotnik?

The trip to the imp district felt like it lasted a thousand years.Stolas was a pitiful bundle of feathers and shaking limbs, squeezed between Millie and Moxxie, and Blitz didn't utter a word at all throughout the trip, except to take his head off the window and curse at other drivers. Loona was silent too, focused on her phone.
“We’ll keep an eye on him these first days,” Millie had offered. “He can stay with us.”
So there had Blitz dropped them, at the imps’ modest apartment, not looking back as he sped up with his van as if leaving the scene of a crime.
He probably was.
They had, after all, basically kidnapped a deposed prince before he was subjected to trial.
