It's driving Robby up the fucking wall.
Dennis calls Robby Dad. Jack takes it as an invitation.

The thing about touch is that Whitaker has no time to get used to it.
But in the blur of the ED, in the rush of movement of go, go, go, somehow, some way, Dr. Robby near-always finds a way to touch him.
OR: Dennis is touch-starved. Good thing Dr. Robby's worked out a (mostly) legal patient plan.

Summary
For an entire month, Dennis manages to hide his nagging little medical issue from the Pitt team. What business is it of theirs that he can't exactly open his mouth any wider than absolutely necessary? None.
Except, maybe he should have considered telling them sooner. It's not like he ever could have predicted Dr. Robby managing in an hour to fix the pain he's suffered for years. All with his words, and his fingers, and his tongue.
